How we started...
Erek and Zack started canvassing tree work fresh out of high school. They were both young and needed a job while getting an education. They had no idea they would be partnering together 10 years later to create their very own tree company.
Fast forward a few years and Zack went to work with his dad to help grow Freedom Fun USA which is now a nationwide party rental company. Erek continued to learn and work in the tree care industry. He quickly rose up the ranks and was promoted to an arborist where he was able to drive his own truck and talk to people who needed tree work while continuing his education in arboriculture.
Erek knew he could do a better job at servicing customers than the companies he worked for so he he decided it was finally time to take a big risk and jump into business ownership, but he needed help. So Zack guided Erek through the business side of things while Erek handled all things trees and finally, Tree Scouts was born.
Now, Tree Scouts does it all. We handle tree trimming, tree removals, tree fertilization, stump grinding, and commercial services for bigger properties.

We have a passion for trees and we made sure to only hire tree climbers that share our passion. With over a decade of expertise, Erek is the go-to person for discussing your trees, offering insights and guidance to ensure their health and longevity. His deep passion for arboriculture shines through in every conversation. His favorite tree is the majestic red oak.
Zack Masters
Zack has successfully managed a nationwide franchise and now takes care of all the crucial behind-the-scenes operations here. While he handles the less exciting tasks, he’s a vital part of the team. His favorite tree, fittingly, is the graceful willow.
Levi Williams
Levi brings an impressive background, including ISA Arborist Certification, ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification, a Texas Pesticide Applicator License, and more. With his extensive expertise, he will be a valuable asset in our mission to care for and protect Texas trees!
